For this reason, La Mercurio analyses the possible interventions for energy improvement of the real estate assets, starting from the building envelope up to the plant equipment and their control and regulation, consequently reducing energy needs, consumption and emissions of polluting factors. The Company develops the global design of the building, starting from an accurate analysis of the current state with inspections aimed at diagnosis
of the building, up to energy modeling. The Team ensures compliance with all current regulations and the resulting legal checks. The design is also adapted in order to obtain tax incentives and to be able to participate in public tenders for obtaining funds.
