RUP Assistance and Preliminary design review
La Mercurio has been working closely with the Public Administration for almost 30 years. This path of constant support and collaboration (over 400 Municipal Administrations assisted) has allowed the development of an indisputable ability to assist the public body and in particular the Sole Procedure Manager in the various phases of conception, programming and implementation of a public work. In particular, the support activity to the RUP begins with the evaluation of the priority and feasibility of a work, up to the verification and validation of the project, extending to assistance during the tender phase or with high surveillance during the works.
The RUP assistance services are always aimed at ensuring the maintenance of high quality standards of the work, its technical and economic coherence and compliance with current legislation with particular reference to the Public Contracts Code.
Main services
Preventive verification of the design pursuant to art. 26 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments of all design levels required by law (technical-economic feasibility project, definitive project and executive project), as well as support to the RUP for the validation of the project placed at the basis of the tender.
Assistance to the RUP for technical/economic comparison between private proposals to be used as a basis for the tender.
Technical/economic verification during the tender (projects developed by the successful tenderer, improvements proposed on the project put out to tender, project variations).
